Julie Zecchino
Owner
Program Administrator
Julie has over 20 years of cheerleading and dance experience, including coaching at both Highlands Ranch and ThunderRidge High Schools. She was a high school cheerleading and pom coach for 11 years and led many squads to local and national rankings. Julie holds a Master’s Degree in Education and Counseling and was a teacher and counselor in Douglas County for 13 years. She is currently on the State Board for the Colorado Spirit Coaches’ Association. Julie has two children and has lived in the Littleton/Highlands Ranch area since 1970.
Jen DeBruno-Kawasaki
Owner
Director of Staff & Instruction
Jen is one of the state’s leading professionals and committed to excellence. She brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to Peak Athletics Plus as an owner. She grew up in Littleton Colorado where she was a competitive gymnast for 10 years. During her Senior year of high school she stopped competing in gymnastics and danced at Cleo Parker Robinson's school of dance as a member of Cleo's training group. She then went on to cheer at Colorado State University for 3 years. During her time at CSU she was employed by Universal Cheerleaders Association as a staff instructor and taught camps for 8 years.
Jen graduated from CSU with a B.S. in Nutrition. She went on to attend Regis University where she earned her B.S. in Nursing. Jen has proudly worked at the Children's Hospital for 10 years as a Pediatric Emergency Nurse. While working at Children's she also ran the Pediatric Advanced Life Support program and started the Emergency Medical Services Department.
In addition to her work at Peak Athletics she serves as an advisory member of the CHSAA spirit committee. In her off time she can be found spending time with her Husband Rob, and son Lance.
David Little

Operations Manager
David Little has joined the PEAK team as the Operations Manager, running the day-to-day tasks that keep the PEAK facility ready for you. Dave comes with almost 30 years of retail management experience, with extensive knowledge in training, marketing, inventory management and especially employee and customer relations. Dave’s education includes undergrad studies at the University of Northern Colorado (UNC), and graduate studies at the University of Northern Colorado (UNC), Northern Illinois University (NIU) and Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary (LPTS), specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychology and in Counseling Ministries. He is also a noted military historian, with an emphasis on Colorado’s contribution in WWII. Dave is committed to the PEAK program, as his daughter has enjoyed the benefits since 2001.
Kaci Imus

Human Resources
Kaci has over 10 years experience in Human Resources management, including employment, payroll and benefits administration. Prior to joining Peak Athletics Plus, Kaci worked for a financial software development company and a locally owned bank. Kaci is a Colorado native and graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Marketing. She tried gymnastics as a kid but found her true calling on the court. Kaci played competitive volleyball for more than 20 years and now enjoys playing golf and roller hockey.

Ela started working part-time at Peak Athletics Plus in 2004 to help support her daughter’s love of competitive cheerleading. She has also been a Certified Massage Therapist for the past 16 years, and still operates a small practice at home. Ela considers herself a semi-native of Colorado and her love of the outdoors has led her to the top of more than half of Colorado’s famed Fourteeners. Ela, her husband Mark and their two children have enjoyed life in Highlands Ranch for the past 17 years.
Christina Lollis
Recreational, Pre-School, Parents Night Out, and Birthday Parties
Christina Lollis is the Parent's Night Out manager and a co-manager of the Birthday Party program here at Peak. She has been teaching preschool and recreational gymnastics classes at Peak for 2+ years, and enjoys working with children. She is currently a full time student at the University of Colorado Denver Campus majoring in writing and geography. After graduation, she hopes to work for a travel magazine and wander the world writing about the countries that she visits, or to work within the publishing industry.

Coffee Shop
Chris Hart grew up in Las Vegas, and moved to Colorado 20 years ago. She has been married for 19 years and is a mother of 3; the youngest is a Gymnast at Peak. She has been managing the Coffee Shop for over 6 months and helped maintained all of the day, today activity at peak's Coffee Shop for over 1 1/2 yrs.
