Mission
The purpose for this IRS 501(C)(3) not-for-profit organization is to foster
National and International amateur competition as well as support and
develop amateur athletes for such competition.
All parents or legal guardians of competitive team members of Peak
Athletics Plus that wish for their athlete to receive benefit and assistance
from the booster club, must be members of the club. All members are
entitled to share in membership benefits provided by Peak Athletics
Booster Club and are encouraged to support fund raising activities.

King Soopers gift cards may be purchased by filling
out an order form (link to pdf KS Reloadable Order Form)
and attaching your payment in the form of check
(preferred) or cash. The rate of return is 4.5%.
SCRIPS
Scrips are negotiable gift cards that are used just like cash to purchase
everyday items or services from many local and national retailers. A
percentage of the face value of your purchase is credited to your
family fundraising account. The percentage earned varies by retailer
and is subject to a small administrative fee.
To order, complete an order form (link to pdf Scrip Form), attach your
payment in the form of check (preferred) or cash and turn into the
Fundraising Box at the front desk by 8 pm on the due date. Only
prepaid orders are accepted.

Kings Soopers & Scrips Pick Up Schedule Box
You may pick up your KING SOOPERS and SCRIPS orders from
Ela
Kereszturi (Front Desk Manager) or from Dana Chamberlin
(Booster Club Treasurer) during the following times:
Ela Kereszturi, Front Desk Manager, on Monday through Thursday
from 9 am to 5pm.
Dana Chamberlin, Booster Club Treasurer,
during the first 15 minutes and the last 15 minutes on Sunday
evenings from 6 pm to 9 pm , Tuesday evenings from 6 pm to
8 pm, or Wednesday evenings from 7 pm to 8 pm.
Booster Club Returned Check Policy
Effective July 13, 2008, any returned check written to the Booster
Club will incur a $25 return check fee. After two (2) returned
checks by a family, cash will be the only accepted form of payment
on any fundraising activity. This includes but is not limited to checks
that a family writes or collects from third parties for product
fundraising, King Soopers purchases, or Scrip purchases.
