Liz has been involved with cheerleading for over 16 years. She has worked for UCA staff for 9 years and has been a head instructor for 6 years. She is both AACCA and USASF certified. Liz is a graduate of Colorado State University where she earned a B. S. in Health and Exercise Science with a minor in coaching. Liz previously coached the All-Girls Cheer team at Colorado State University for 5 years. She has also choreographed for many local high schools and has judged numerous competitions. Liz currently lives in Aurora where she was a graduate of Eaglecrest High School. Liz is now the Cheer Program Director and Gym Operations Director at Peak as well as coaches two of their cheer teams. |

Tim has been involved with cheerleading for over 10 years and is USASF certified. He is a previous gym owner from Louisville, Kentucky and is originally from Dahlgren, Virginia. In college he was a member of both the Murray State University football team and cheerleading squad and is a former instructor for UCA. He was the National Championship head coach for the Power Cheer Senior All-Star team that competed at The Cheerleading Worlds at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Tim was also the coach that led his Mini Level 2 team to 4 National Championships Titles in the 2005-2006 season. He was also the Squad Director for Power Cheer. Tim also coached the National Champion Sacred Heart Academy Varsity and JV cheerleading squads from 1999-2003 and Mercy Academy Varsity from 2006-2007 before moving to Colorado. He has also choreographed for many high schools and has judged numerous competitions. Tim is now the Cheer Tumbling Program Director and Recreation Cheer Director at Peak as well as coaches the Senior 5- Tigers and Senior 4- Jags All-Star teams. |

Kara Catlin

Kara has been involved with cheerleading for many years. She was a cheerleader in high school for 4 years, named captain for 2 of these years, and was chosen for the All-State Cheer team. Kara was also an all star cheerleader for 10 years and was named captain 3 of these years. During her cheer years, Kara was a UCA All Star for 6 years and an NCA All American for 1 year. She has been a UCA staff member for 2 years and has been a cheer coach for two and a half years. She is currently coaching the JV team at Mullen high school.

Melanie Farrah

Melanie has 18 years of cheerleading and coaching experience. She was a four year member and captain of a state and regional champion cheerleading squad in New Hampshire. She was also a four year squad member and captain at Colorado State University where she earned a B. S. in Exercise and Sports Science. Mel is a former head instructor for UCA and taught Elite Cheerleading Camps for one summer in Pittsburgh, PA. In her time with Peak Athletics, Mel has coached our junior advanced, senior novice and youth intermediate teams. |

Theresa Foss

Theresa was a competitive gymnast for 11 years before beginning her cheerleading career at the University of New Mexico where she earned a BA in Economics. Theresa has over 14 years of coaching experience and has served as a technical judge for the CHSAA State Spirit Competition for the last 7 years. She was a UCA staff member and head instructor for 2 years. She is AACCA and USASF certified. Theresa currently works as the Director of Marketing and Training for a property management company and is the mother of three young children. |

Kyle has been involved with cheerleading for a number of years. She is currently a Varsity Rep for Colorado and has six years of coaching experience. She is certified with the United States All-Star Federation, CHSAA and was a collegiate cheerleader at Metro State University. |

Kelly Savoie

Kelly has more than 17 years of cheerleading and coaching experience. She attended and cheered at Golden High school, and served as the Captain of the Varsity squad for three years. While at Golden she earned two High School All- American titles then went on to cheer at Metro State College. Kelly spent the summer after High School graduation coaching the Golden Cheer squad. She has also coached at All-Star cheerleading gyms in Texas and Louisiana for the last three years, as well as choreographed routines for High Schools in those states. |

Sarah Montgomery is in her 3rd season coaching at Peak. She is originally from Iowa where she was a two-time All-State Cheerleader, cheered for Waldorf College and coached at the middle school and high school levels. During the day she works in Human Resources for a local bank. |

Amanda Winston

Amanda was born and raised in Colorado. She cheered on an All Star team for two years and also attended Smoky Hill High School where she placed 8th in the 2004 UCA National High School Championship. She is USASF certified and has been coaching All Star cheerleading for two years. Amanda currently attends the University of Colorado where she is studying biology and mathematics. |

Kristy Woodyard

Kristy cheered 4 years in high school in Wichita, Kansas, was a competitive gymnast for 3 years and went on to cheer 4 years in college at Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. During that time, Kristy was the assistant gymnastics coach for 2 years at Derby High School. After graduating college, Kristy moved to Colorado to pursue a career in Accounting. She was the head coach for one year at Christian Fellowship School in Lakewood, Colorado. She also taught gymnastics and did cheer private lessons at South Suburban Recreation Center. |
