| Welcome to Peak Athletics Plus recreational gymnastics program. Our gymnastics classes range from 55-115 minutes in length. Every class includes a warm-up, stretch and event work, and conditioning.

Placement in our gymnastics classes is based on age and ability. Our trained coaches evaluate your student based on strict criteria when you enroll in our program. Every session, your student will be taught based on their abilities. We offer 3 levels: Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each program has separate testing requirements. Your student will be evaluated to move to a higher class level during select sessions.
Here at Peak, we know that each child advances at their own pace. We want to make sure that your child is in a level where they will be most successful. Peak Athletics Plus stresses the importance of good technique instead of rushing to the next level.
When exceptional students are identified, the director may talk to the parents to discuss further options. If your student needs to be moved to a more advanced class your student's teacher will notify you. Please see our front desk when a teacher speaks with you so that we can make the necessary class changes.
